These programs that Coach Cody has put me on, I would describe as hidden gems. Not only have I gotten bigger, but my performance on the field has skyrocketed. I am becoming the best multi-tool athlete I can be, and most importantly the best baseball player I can be.

Up until I started to work with Coach Cody, I believed I had been doing all that I could to become the best athlete I could be. For the short amount of time I have spent with coach, I have been introduced to so many different ways that has improved my performance on and off the field. I've seen an increase in mobility, explosive movements, and rotational power.

Coach Codys workouts helped me with speed, strength and flexibility which are three things that improved my range of motion on the field along with adding power behind my swing. He gives you tips and tricks to get the best out of every workout. I’ve seen great results in my body within the 2 months of his program and motivation.
