These are a lower body focus lift workouts. Lower body focus lifts are taken place on high intensity days. On these days, high intent jumps, sprints and med ball throws should be taking place as well. On the field, these are inter-squad days, max intent long toss or max intent bullpen days. Keeping everything high intensity on the same day is key to a full recovery the following days.
