On upper body focus days, these are our low intensity days. Along with the lift, we will focus on soft tissues, low intent running and jumping. These are not complete recovery days but it gives your CNS a break from the previous high intensity day. On the field, these days consist of batting practice, light tossing and fungo with light throws.
